Do you offer free trials?

Yes we offer 1 day (36 hour) free trials. Contact us to request a free trial.

Can I use this on a Smart TV?

Yes you can use IPTV on a Smart TV.  You will need to download our IPTV app. Contact us to let us know what brand of TV you have since different TVs install apps differently and we will help you get set up.

How do I install your Android app?

You can download our free Xstream Android app on your Android device. Further instructions will be sent to your email.

How do I get an Android box?

We also sell Android boxes with the latest Android version 9.0. Contact us to order the latest Android box with a subscription.

What devices are compatible?

It works on all types of devices. Our web player can be used on any web browser with java enabled. Our android APP can be  downloaded and installed on any Android device for free.  When using an Apple product you can download IPTV Smarters app from the Apple store.

What countries does it work in?

If you have an internet connection, you can use it. We have 1200+ world wide stations, Italian, Spanish, French, and more. We have 12 servers hosting our streams all over the world to support our global community.

How many connections in a subscription?

You can connect up to 3 devices per subscription. Providing it is on the same network and not being used simultaneously.  Additional connections are $10 /month.

How much does a subscription cost?

$15 per month $40 for 3 months $75 for 6 months.  We also offer extra connections for an additional $10/month.

How do I renew my subscription?

Renewals can be set month to month and can be cancelled at anytime.

How many channels do you carry?

We carry over 12000 plus streaming channels in HD, SD and 4k quality. The channels are local, Canadian, US and International channels in over 30 countries. Included are movies, sports, kids, video-on-demand, pay per view and adult (password protected).

What payments do you accept?

 We currently accept Canadian bank transfers and paypal. Credit card payments are accepted via paypal. Bank payment transfers can be sent to xstreamiptv@yahoo.com
